Jenitha is passionate about helping women discover strength through movement. Her sessions are energetic, focused and tailored to every individual student — no two classes feel the same.
Amrita specialises in restorative yoga and mindfulness. Her calm, supportive approach makes her classes ideal for beginners, those seeking balance, and students managing stress or anxiety.
Mohini brings specialist expertise in maternal yoga and postnatal recovery. She works with expecting and new mothers to build strength, flexibility and confidence through every stage of motherhood.
