1. Centering (5 minutes)

2. Warm-up (10 minutes)
Gentle neck rolls, shoulder movements and spinal warm-ups prepare the body for movement. Nothing strenuous — just waking up the joints safely.
3. Standing and seated poses (30–35 minutes)
The main sequence — a combination of standing poses for strength and stability, seated poses for flexibility, and balance work. Every pose is explained clearly, with beginner modifications offered as standard.
4. Pranayama and relaxation (10 minutes)
Breathing techniques followed by Savasana — the most important part of any yoga class. This is where the body integrates everything it’s learned.
